Animate Dead*: Customizable Summons.
Dominate Person/Monster: Works on other Player Characters.
Create Undead*^: Customizable Summons.
Gate*: Summon duration changed to 1 turn per level.
Spell Mantle^: Cannot be dispelled by Dispel magic variants; they get absorbed.
Planar Binding*^: Summon duration changed to 1 turn per level.
Heal/Harm: Both spells are capped at 150hp.
Improved Invisibility: Invisibility re-applies itself after 10 seconds of no combat.
Knock: Cannot unlock doors with a DC higher than 35.
Find Traps: Cannot disarm traps with a DC higher than 35, but does find them.
Prot. from Alignment: Only shields from Domination & Charm, not all mind-affecting effects.
Time Stop:
True Seeing: +25 Spot, Ultravision, See invisibility.
Implosion: Removed Bioware's errant +3 to its DC.
Weird:
Wall of Fire: No Reflex save is allowed for 1/2 damage.
Bigby's Forceful Hand: Bullrush chance of stopping movement each round (instead of stun).
Bigby's Crushing Hand:
Isaac's Missile Storms^:
Bombardment: Deals max of 20d8 damage as opposed to 10d8.
Earthquake: Knockdown effect on a failed saving throw.
Ball Lightning: Allows Reflex save for half damage.
Firebrand: Allows Reflex save for half damage.
Greater Dispel: Capped at +20 instead of +15.
Mage Armor: Changed to apply a +4 Armor Enchantment bonus.
Mass Heal: Does not heal more than 250hp.
Greater Restoration: Healing now cures 10 hp/level to a maximum of 250.
Premonition: Removed visual effect.
See Invisibility/Ultravision: Removed visual effect.
Elemental Shield/Acid Sheath/Death Armor: Do not stack together.
Summon Monster I-IX*^: Customizable Summons.
Greater Magic Weapon: +1 per 5 caster levels, max of +4
Darkfire: 3 + 1 per 2 caster levels, Max of 10
Flame Weapon: 2 + 1 per 2 caster levels, Max of 10
