Character History Submission Form Help

Thank you for taking a look that these guidelines! They will help you to neatly and effectively fill in the form, and provide the most relevant information.

Player Information....
Email Address: Your email address, incase we need to contact you about your characters history
Gamespy Login: Login name of the vault this character is in.
GC Forum Login: Your Forum ID

Character Information, Basics...

Character Name: Please enter exactly as it appears in-game over your characters head.
Race: Your characters race.
Class: Character classes, seperated by slashes, do not include level totals.
Alignment: Select your alignment from the dropdown. If you have any additional details you feel are relevant to your characters alignment, please include them in the "Additonal Remarks" field.
Deity: Please ONLY include the name of your characters single patron deity, or leave blank. If you have additional details you feel are relevant on the matter of your characters faith, please include them in the "Additional Remarks" field.

Character Information, Details...

Aliases: Any names other than the one that floats over your characters head that they go by / could be known by.
Planescape Faction: Select your characters faction from the dropdown. If your character is a member of a Planescape Sect, please select "Sect" in the faction dropdown, and specify your sect in "Additional Remarks" at the bottom. If your character does not belong to a faction, please select "Clueless".
Ancestry: If your character has a particular ancestry (human subtypes would also fall into this section), specify it.
Home Plane / Region: Where your character was raised, please only include the names of places, and not the details of their history.
Family: Who they were raised with as a "family", parents, siblings, et cetera.

Merits: In list format, your characters positive qualities
Flaws: In list format, your characters shortcomings
Goals: What does your character want to do? This is perhaps the most important field to fill in. If you were to only put in your character name, account name, and one other field, this should be it. DMs can look through PC goals to find something that interests them to run.

A brief description of your characters personality, to help DMs quest them in a suitable manner.

Your characters history, be as detailed as you feel is necessary.


Potential NPCs
From History: 		Details on any figures from your characters history that you feel are suitable to "return into the characters life" as an NPC.
