Dirgesinger

Where you find death you may also find the oft somber Dirge Singer. They are lone story-tellers and performers riding the coat-tails of death, their chiefmost muse. Without the tragedy of death nothing would stir the Dirgesinger, whose strange powers stem from their acceptance of mortals' final rest. These glum artists come in many forms; some seek out the sick and infirm to ease their passage from the realm of the living into the land of the dead. Others chase armies and battles to gather the deeds of warriors who cannot boast of their own greatness in death so that their names may be heard and inspire those they leave behind. Still there are the less noble who would use their sway over the gray area between life and death to slide their enemies into early graves. Dirgesingers have many faces, and just as many motivations, but one thing can be sure... where the Dirgesinger goes death cannot be far off.

Injured: DC 10 +DS Level
Badly Wounded: 14 +DS Level
Near Death: 16 +DS Level

The Culling Song II:
